Prior to repairs, we will introduce you to our team and provide you with the project schedule so you can follow along as we complete the repairs.

After all the work is done, we will provide a deep cleaning, including any touch-up items, and stage the property.

We will do a Comparative Market Analysis with recommendations to determine a sale price.

Negotiate w/ Your Realtor
Let your realtor know what services you would like, then negotiate, and sign a contract.

Price and List on MLS
The property should be listed on the MLS, to reach 1,000’s of Realtors looking for a home like yours for their buyers.
